Its been a long time since i have gotten online and posted some stuff but think i am finally getting close to being done with this car. The Merc has gone through a huge change in the last year. I will get some pics of new changes soon. I installed the front air bags but still need to weld the shock mounts back in. I installed a cd player into my dash as well as mounted a small amp under dash for the front and rear speakers. i made a bracket in the back of the car where the rear deck lid is that now holds 2 6x9 speakers as well as 2 6.5 speakers and in the front doors I installed two 3x5 speakers. Now just waiting on the subs and amp for the back. Next I changed the transmission tunnel so that i could install a Gennie shifter...... I like. I made a new glove box for air bag switches and installed a compressor and air tank. I am currently working on a two link suspension for the back so that I can mount my air bags for the rear should be done this weekend I hope. I will tke pictures soon.

Thanks ca and yeah i got some brass knuckles cause thats what i was hoping for... were hoping to get a little lower, cut bump stops and should gain about two inches in the back dont really wanna notch frame or cut the floor so i think thats all im gonna do. The front i think if we take a few inches off the buckets that will lower it but not to sure on camber etc for front.... Trial and error I bought a extra radio piece and dremmeled out a opening for the radio and then sent it to chrome.....so it fit real snug. So dont freak out I still have a stock one....... And no its not for sale.

did the bad pieces come out like really smooth? someone told me sometimes pieces that are bad don't come out real good/smooth at times and maybe best to clean/smooth the rough parts. i've got lots of tools for workin metal so i wouldn't mind cleanin things up BUT if i don't hafta........ any thoughts?
