DONE!! The guys and I just finished dropping that hot 302 and a C4 into my 63. Cam, pistons, Holley carb, Hooker Headers yada, yada, yada. The Hookers cleared the column shift linkage but we had to fab the linkages on the C4 to point down instead of up. Don't know if it's cause thats the way they were just in the Torino I pillaged or if the all come pointing up? Also did the Granada 11" disc brake swap. Pretty easy actually, but nobody ever mentions the fact you should rework the steering stops on the lower arms to give you a nice turning circle. Re-routing the brake lines to come in from the front and eliminate an "S" bend in the rubber brake hose should be considered a safety must! While you're down there Moog makes a beauty set of HI-PERF Thermoplastic stabilizer link kits. Part number K6630. If you want the sway bars mounts in Thermo Plastic they are K7322 for the 11/16 bar and come with new universal mounting brackets. Now it's off for new paint!! I'd attach some pix but I don't know how to add them to this thread. Somebody tell me and I'll post some!
