Here is my toy, finally, after a few other projects it’s back to my street freak. I know my avatar says “meteorgasser”…having “meteor street freak” was too long I thought. My idea is an early 70’s-late 60’s cartoon car; way high, a lot of motor out of the hood, everything done in over kill with a race car look, but will be a street car. Some parts are hamb friendly and some are not. Motor and chassis are done, now working on the body work. I hope to drive it the Summer of 2010. The car will have 3 tone paint in thirds front to back. Sorta like them red, white, and blue AMCs but, mine will be white, orange, and yellow. It will be lettered “Candy Corn” on the doors. I want it to look like crazy and scary-stupid. If the top of the fender 3 feet in the air is good I want over kill with 4 ft!! Not to piss anyone off but, I want it to look like a trailer park scientist back in 1973 got a hold of one too many Car Craft magazines. Any comments or suggestions would be great. For what you are doing, too much is usually just about right.

Are you using the intake manifold gaskets with the screens in them? They are handy for re-atomizing some of the mix in applications like this where the tunnel ram and such are used for street.
