Hi everyone,
I have a 63 Meteor sedan. I am looking for the upper and lower trunk trim with the 2 horse shoes, also looking for the 1963 two door body trim that runs down the length of the car and also the fender trim. Yes you guessed it, I have no trim on my car, and I would like to put some on.
I purchased this car about 2 months ago, and the person i bought it from welded up all of the trim holes so there is no trim on the car.
I'm almost done with the front end, I went through a total re-mod of the front end. Instead of the harsh ride suspension, I have Fairlane strut bars going to strut mounts that's been welded up for me. I went through Jamco and purchased a set of 2 inch drop springs, and have replaced every single component on the front end.
It has a 289 with a c4 tranny and the body's in pretty decent shape.
So my next step is to track down some trim so I can move forward with this build. If anyone has anything that they would like to sell please hit me up. you can reach me at lorwock@yahoo.com
I live in Avenal CA. In central California and work out here as a prison nurse. I'm sure I will be frequenting this site quite a bit. I'm glad I finally got my login activated.
Thanks everyone, looking forward to getting to know you guys.

Hey shovel, when you were here (buying seats) you said you were not going to do side trim? I have most side trim for the 2 door S33. Get together as complete a list as possible as you can of ALL what you need & get back to me. I move slowly in cold weather. Most of it was upstairs on those shelves. I did not save you email address, so have not been able to check in with you to see how your project was going. doberdawg@comcast.net ho ho ho, & merry ...

Yea I changed my mind.
If I can find all the trim pieces, I think I'm gonna put them on. As of right now I don't have any trim at all except for the rear 3 piece trim with brand new in the box backup lights. It's for a 62, so it dose not have the little bullets on them, but they are in great shape. I need to find some decent rubber gaskets for the back up lights, the ones I have are ok, but I would like better.
I'll give you a call Doberdawg.

I have a pair of correct rear wheel well trim quite decent, $60 for the pair, & I have a pair of pretty beat up horshoes I would throw in, to get you by till you can find better. On the phone you said that was all you want? I suspect the front fender trim from my 4 door would be the same, & didn't I have the trunk trim? Here it says more. I have other trim too but am now confused what all you want. I won't even think of shipping the wheel well trim. It is not going anywhere, drive your ride up so I can see it. I like to help out, but in this cold weather, well . brrrrrrr.

Doberdawg,
If you would not be able to ship the wheel well trim that you want $60.00 for, I think I'll have to pass. Guess I'll just keep looking.
There is no way I'm going to spend $100.00 in gas and do a 6 hr round trip to pick up a $60.00 piece.
Thanks anyway.

I have a lot of the trim you were looking for a few months ago, & just sold my S33. One reason I was hoping to get you to make the drive is that (2 ifs) if you found a more proper front seat, & if the seat you got from me out of a 62 Meteor 4 door will fit a 65 Comet wagon (same as 65 comet 4 door)I would trade you decently for it. I always felt that I sort of owed you because of the seat swap, & perhaps could make it up if I got the seat back. But I hear you about the gas. Also careful measurements (or a good interchange book) would need to ascertain that it would fit myk 65 Comet Wagon.
