Hey there...
a guy on Craigstlist is parting out a 62 Comet. i was thinking of picking up the rear and maybe front bumpers for my 62 Meteor s-33. will it fit on my brackets?

I have Falcons & Meteors & Fairlanes, even a Comet wagon. I believe the Falcon/Comet is smaller & narrower. Google "1962 Mercury Comet specifications" Then substitute Comet for Meteor & google again. Specs will give you length, width, weight & much more. I think you need a Meteor ONLY bumper. I have some usable, nothing great - but not junk. I have a couple front & rear bumpers. $25 - $65 each - If & only if you come get them - I don't ship as it takes 3 hours from my location. Pictures (won't take any more - waste of time) show straight & pitted, or straight & Painted White. I have a pair from a 62 & a pair from a 63 Meteor S33. I also have complete parts cars 62 & 63 4 door Meteors & a 63 Fairlane 4 door. I am in Central California. Angels Camp, CA 95222
