Hi All, New to the forum. I'm looking for a part number to look for a new one or a 3 grove water pump pulley for my 63 S33 Meteor with a 260V8. It will enable the v-belt to engage the air conditioner pump. The car I have has had the original fan replaced with a clutch fan and the water pump pulley was changed with the modification. I would like to return to the original configuration.

Water pump pulley comes with 2 sheaves with A/C. Ford number C2OZ-8509-B The crank pulley was a 4 sheave with A/C and P/S Ford number C3AZ-6312-A. 3 Sheave was for either with A/C or P/S. Ford number C2OZ-6312-B. Later model 289 engine will probably work.

I'm having a hard time finding a 4 sheave C3AZ-6312-A pulley. Any suggestions? Didn't think there was any modification except that he put a clutch fan on it? It still has the radiator shroud installed. Could really use a picture of the configuration of belt routing. My Mercury is a S33 260 V8 with A/C P/S, Automatic, Power Brakes. I bought it from the original owners family (was passed through the generations) and would really like to keep it as original as possible. Right know there is no belt to the A/C pump and nothing looks like it aligns correct.

There are a couple more on Ebay for 20 bucks and 40 bucks. Search Ebay for "260 289 Ford 4 Groove Sheave Cast Iron Crank".

Hi All, Thanks for the help. I did get the 4 grove crank pulley off E-Bay. It is installed and the Merc is running! First time in over 12 years. I put 20miles on it. Boy did that bring back some memories! Has some electrical issues but I will work my way through them. Well it looks like I need a Idler pulley that would mount on the generator bracket? (As every thing lines up that way) The other important part is the power brake booster. Seems like it has failed over time. Any one out there have a picture or diagram of the belt routing? I did buy a CD with all the service manuals but no parts breakdown. So if any one has any info that would be great! More to

I'm still trying to figger out why you would need 4 belts? ? #1 for water and gen/alt. #2 for power steering. #3 for A/C. What am I missing? If Arie doesn't have an answer for this, it's going to take some looking. I'm including Fairlanes in my searches There has been a lot of discussion about power boosters on this site= you need to do a search. Price of the original is prohibitive and the size doesn't allow for many swap options. Not sure if it's still the case, but a couple years ago they were on eternal back order. If you find one/some, let me know as I could use one. I'll probably end up adapting one like Arie and a couple others did. Just don't use the original single pot type brake master= my kids drive on these roads Best to use a 66/67 Fairlane dual system master.

Bummer Didn't know that and I already installed an new single master! The Booster looks like I'll have to send it in and the same one will come back refurbished! The belt routing looks like the third out is not used but the forth one is the one that aligns with the A/C and there is a hole's with a permanent nut on the generator bracket that make sense for alignment and tension if there was one there?? I could post a picture of what mine looks like if it would be helpful but I'd really like to find one that shows what its supposed to look like.
