The arm is obviously cutom but the bushing design and setup is taken almost directly from an explorer. I think my harm has more rotation thatn the explorer though. I guess I could add a jam nut or drill a hole for a cotter pin for extra protection. The polyurethane or nylon that is used also glides pretty freely along the metal so there is not much force really excerted on the bolt to come loose, specially because its a locking one.
Next time i take the car out for a longer drive I will touch the area to see if there is any heat as a result of friction and be sure to report on it.
Lower profile tires and a rack and pinion and boy would this take corners like you wouldnt belive......oh and an IRS would be icing on the cake......one day

HEY! mine can take corners like you wouldn't believe! every time i take a corner i look back and think- i can't believe i made it ;D

Yeah, that was an eye opener and a sphincter puckerer on my old car that had no sway bar from the factory. Cornered like a lard butt sail boat or an old French car. A slalom course would be much like jibing or tacking in a heavy wind.
