Is anyone here using Mustang Steve's tie rod bushings for the Granada/Monarch front disc brake swap. I just want to make sure they fit before I buy a set. ;D

I have been reading on another board, restricted to Fairlanes only, one of the people has changed to disk brakes and has been having a tough time with Idler arm bushings wearing. Is this something anyone else has ran into with the swap. along with needing the tierod bushings? That site is www.woodys.comThe new board looks great! Thanks for all your work! John C

John, that would likely be my fellow canuck Roger in Toronto. I've been chatting with him about this problem. I frequent Woody's site everyday. I installed new ider arm bushings in my car in 2000, they work great. I have about 1/2 the parts needed for my disc brake swap, I get them as extra $$$ allows me too.

I put the I/A bushings in in 98 and they are still working great. My tie rod ends are the ones from Crites. Wish I woulda had the Moog number back then. #nosmileys

I have the moog number here somewheres, I just can't find it. I called the local moog dealer, they want $49 CAN a piece for those tie rod ends. Don't pay no attention to the edit quote on your post, I mean't to edit mine.
