Anybody have a parts number for any brand of transmission filter for 1962 2 speed. Having trouble tracking one down-have a bunch of lazy parts counter people here. What tranny fluid are you guys running?

I tried a few places here, no listings but I'll try a few other good ones on Monday.

Use type F and ask them for the filter for a Fordomatic of the same year. This is the two speed eh?

Be careful with the part they give you. I worked parts for several years and didn't have any luck with a supplier. I finally went through a local tranny shop for a rebuild and they were able to get a complete kit out of some company in Atlanta.

No filter it is a reuseable metal screen that you clean and reuse
