Hi Roy,
I am pretty new to this site so please feel free to educate me on the correct method for asking about buying parts.
I am interested in the starter and possibly the intake.
As mentioned in the post about Carb IDs I have a 62 mercomatic. Is the starter compatible with my ring gear?
Will the intake bolt onto a 260 with stock heads?
I am in BC, Canada. How would parts get to me if that is even an option?
Thanks, Martin

Starter is off a 157 tooth flywheel car, and it did fit my late model 5.0 too, but, with coil over conversion I had to use the new ford mini-starter, just would'nt clear the X-member So, i think its the short nose starter, if that helps Intake would fit any 221 to 302 motor, but, its heavy man! cost to ship would probably more than its worth and, the starter ain;t no light weight either! Starters new are only around 100 bucks i think

bbqbob - yep, i will shoot one with my phone but i would need your e-mail send to -r.powell@rogers.com & i'll shoot a pic off to you paint, you know the black inside the pattern, is all original & a bit faded, but other than this it is perfect I only removed because i de-chromed the whole car when we strippped her for paint, liked the look so much we went with it!
