I'm hoping the new Champion rad shows up this week so I can get everything test fit and running again before we take the engine out to repaint the engine bay.

Here is pic of my fuse blocks in the glover box, simple but effective and cheap to do....FREEBIE's.... .... My new rad showed up today, no duty charged. ;D....Looks like it will bolt right in...We are going to install it tomorrow night....Seems to be of decent build quality, as long as it keeps the 351 cool I could care less what it looks like.

Great looking rad & do let us know if it keeps the 351 at a sensible temp Your fuse box - is this an auxilary? or did you replace the stock combo light/fuse box completely?

The rad seems to be better but the verdict is out until it see's summer heat....The fuse box is an extra, the stocker is still there and working.

Sorry for dumb questions but wiring is like black magic to me Stu. did you just run a big wire from a hot on the stock fuse box, to the aux. one? Did you splice into the main wire feeding the stock fuse box? I think its a big Yellow wire?

I ran an 8ga wire from the battery to the 6 fuse block and then relayed the 12 fuse block using power from the 6 fuse block....The 12 is for ignition power, the 6 is for constant battery power. I triggered the relay by tapping into a ignition only fuse in the stock fuse box.
